Coaching support from your pocket. Pocket Coaching is a week of asynchronous coaching through Instagram or Facebook Messenger- designed for young adults who want clarity and 'next' steps that feel good to you, without scheduling a live call. Send messages when questions, decisions, or moments come up throughout the week. I’ll respond with coaching, reflection, and perspective to help gain more clarity and self-trust. Take actions throughout the week? It also becomes a place to celebrate and recalibrate to the new.
