We are Igniting a Movement:

Specifically for young adults to live life on your terms.

WE DON'T USUALLY INCLUDE YOUNG ADULTS IN THE "MARGINALIZED' CATEGORY- BUT I BELIEVE THAT YOUNG ADULTS HAVE BEEN HISTORICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE TABLES AND FROM THE CONVERSATIONS AROUND MONEY, ABILITY, INTELLECT, WISDOM, POWER, AND BUILDING GENERATIONAL WEALTH.

THIS IS A MOVEMENT TO CHANGE THAT NARRATIVE IN THE WORLD!

BECAUSE Y'ALL KNOW WHAT'S UP! AND IT'S TIME TO TREAT YOU LIKE THE MAGNIFICENT POWERHOUSE CHANGE AGENTS THAT YOU ARE!

Feel more settled and confident in the choices you make, why you make them, who you are,

how you show up in the world, and the life you want to build-

All while being in community with like-minded people, having fun, and learning loads!

Here's the kicker... it will be designed specifically for YOU
and what you want to get un-stuck from.

How?

You will be asked before the workshops begin where you feel stuck and why.

Then the courses will be designed specifically to target what you are up to.

Some ideas to get you started and to know what's possible:

Confidence and Self-Trust

Quieting the incessant brain noise of self-doubt
Not worrying so much about disappointing people
Being able to live unattached to other people's judgments
Confidence to make choices based on your values/criteria (and feel really good about your decisions)
Showing up as yourself- mask down- the real you
Trusting yourself to have your own back and to know what to do

Feeling UnStuck

Differentiating others expectations of you vs. your own expectations/desires/wants
Becoming aware of what actually has us feeling stuck
Knowing how social/cultural narratives and systems of oppression affect us (all of us)
Learning techniques to use when overwhelmed
No longer worrying about procrastination, avoidance, and checking-out
Redefining success

Live how you want

Designing a life/goals/dreams/ aspirations that light you up!
Believing that what you want is possible- and that you deserve it
Knowing what the next steps are in achieving what you want
Knowing what to do with road blocks
Creating boundaries based on your own standards
Redefining productivity
Knowing how /when you work best.
Understanding link between our nervous systems and how we act/think/react

You will have tools to live your best dang life.

So that when you reflect on your life, you can say, "damn! I did it!"

The best part, once you learn them, you can't unlearn them.

They are available for you whenever.

Format:
4 In-Person Workshops in the South Denver Area

They are 2.5 hours in length (with breaks and snacks of course)
and will be a time for us to connect, learn, implement, coach, process, and have fun.
I am not planning on recording the in-person workshops, so please do your best to attend.
